Connect ABC Supply

Link your myABCSupply login inside BuildOs Pro so estimates can pull your branch catalog and account pricing, then send a digital order to your ABC branch. BuildOs never sees or stores your ABC password — you sign in on ABC’s page. Pricing stays on your company only and is never shared with other BuildOs tenants.

Who this is for: contractors who already buy from ABC Supply, have a myABCSupply login, and a BuildOs Pro company. This is not a way to open a new ABC credit account — your branch does that.

How to connect

Log in at https://www.buildospro.com/auth/login as an owner or admin on your company (not a demo or tester account).
Open Handoff / Integrations and click the ABC tab (next to Thumbtack).
Click the red Connect my ABC Supply button.
ABC’s sign-in page opens. Use the same email and password you already use on myABCSupply — not a sandbox or test login.
If ABC asks to Allow BuildOs Pro, tap Allow.
You return to BuildOs. Look for the green Connected badge, then pick your Ship-To and branch and tap Save Ship-To & branch.

Until Ship-To is saved, live prices and Place Order will not use your account.

Price and order from an estimate

Open a draft estimate.
Use Add from ABC Supply — search the branch catalog or pick items you already buy.
Tap Price, then Add only after you confirm the SKU. Suggested matches are not orders.
Stage list to review. Place order sends a digital PO to your branch.
The branch accepts or rejects the order. Confirmation # appears when ABC accepts the request.

Place Order is a real purchase against your ABC account. Coordinate a small first order with the branch if you are testing.

Order status updates

After Place Order, ABC can send status back to BuildOs so the crew does not have to call the branch. That sync is turned on by BuildOs, not by each contractor.

Don't have an ABC Supply account yet?

Opening an ABC account is done with ABC directly and usually takes a few days. You can use everything else in BuildOs Pro right now. Connecting ABC is optional.

Find your nearest branch: www.abcsupply.com/locations
Apply for a credit or COD account (ABC customer financial services) and call or visit that branch to start the application.
After your first purchase, register for myABCSupply using that invoice.
Come back here and tap Connect my ABC Supply.

How to disconnect

Handoff / Integrations → ABC.
Click Disconnect and confirm.

New prices and orders stop using ABC. Existing estimate lines stay. Your myABCSupply login is unchanged.

If something looks wrong

Connect sends you back without Connected — try Connect again and Allow on ABC’s screen. Use the live myABCSupply login, not a sandbox tester.
“You are not allowed to access this app. To request access, contact an admin.” — that is ABC’s sign-in page, not BuildOs. Your myABCSupply password can be right and ABC still has not allowed that user onto BuildOs Pro. Email apisupport@abcsupply.com. Do not Place Order until Connect shows green Connected.
No Ship-To list — the ABC login is not an ordering account yet, or the branch has not assigned Ship-Tos. Call the branch.
Prices look wrong — confirm Ship-To and home branch are saved. Pricing is your ABC account, not a BuildOs catalog.
Place Order fails — confirm SKUs from this branch, credit/COD is open, and you are on a draft estimate. Call the branch for credit holds.
Status never updates — use Refresh status on the ABC page. The branch still has to accept the order.
