Who owns what

BuildOs: Connect / disconnect, Ship-To + branch UI, catalog search, live account pricing on estimates, Stage / Place Order, order status shown on the estimate
ABC branch: credit, delivery scheduling, backorders, myABCSupply login and password
ABC API Support: Production / Hypercare / GA, Okta “not allowed to access this app”, webhook registration · apisupport@abcsupply.com

Contractor path

In BuildOs: Handoff / Integrations → ABC → Connect my ABC Supply → sign in on ABC’s Okta page → pick Ship-To + branch → Save
Estimate: Add from ABC Supply → Price → Add → Stage → Place Order (real digital PO to the branch)
If Okta says You are not allowed to access this app, the password worked — ABC still needs to assign that myABCSupply user to Production app BuildOs Pro / TPA 805. Do not keep retrying Connect until assignment is active (can take up to 48 hours).
