These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuildOs Pro platform, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"), provided by BuildOs Pro LLC ("BuildOs Pro," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BuildOs Pro provides software for construction and remodeling businesses, including tools for estimating, scheduling, project management, client communication, job costing, and related functions. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the business and project data, photos, documents, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant BuildOs Pro a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including processing it through trusted third-party providers (such as payment, messaging, accounting, and AI services) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it, including any client or third-party information you enter.

The Service includes features that use automated and AI systems to generate estimates, schedules, cost data, and similar outputs. These outputs are tools to assist you, not professional advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before relying on them for bids, contracts, pricing, or business decisions.
The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Stripe, Brevo, Intuit/QuickBooks, and AI and weather providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by BuildOs Pro LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Service is a business management tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildOs Pro LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildOs Pro LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive. We provide tools to export your data before or around termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
