What the shop does
On the project, request one, two, or all three. Each person gets their own thread. They accept or pass. You see requested → opened / working → quoted → accepted → retainer. The client price includes the introduction (10% of their signed design agreement; 5% if they sent that shop and the shop has paid three months). Part of that fee credits the estimator who selected them — so the person who builds the estimate has a reason to pick the BuildOs seat again. Architect, designer, estimator, shop, suppliers, and BuildOs stay in the same wheel.
The first estimate is a budget with allowances explained. After selections, the final estimate is what you sign. Deposit, then materials order. Change orders are for surprises after that — not for picking a faucet.
